TLI FRUSTRATION 
I am teaching in a deep rural Pondoland in the E/Cape. I was moved by the opportunity to get a laptop but feeling jittery at the pace of the government. This will benefit these poor souls a lot.... with the work load (paper work) we encounter daily...
